1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the Bajiaff platform at bajiaff.ws in any way — including browsing the site without an account — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of Bajiaff regardless of how they access the platform: via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device.
These terms should be read alongside Bajiaff's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and Bajiaff. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.
Plain language summary: Using Bajiaff means you agree to these rules. If you disagree with anything in here, the right thing to do is close the site and not register.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use Bajiaff you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajiaff operates a strict 18+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the registered payment method after verification.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
- You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, a company or any other legal entity.
- You must not be a Bajiaff employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from Bajiaff under any prior account.
- You must provide truthful, accurate and current information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.
Bajiaff reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Bajiaff support may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.
Important: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using Bajiaff complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Bajiaff accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where it may be restricted.
3. Your Bajiaff Account
One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Bajiaff account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Account security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Bajiaff account credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Bajiaff strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.
Unauthorised access. If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Bajiaff support immediately via live chat or email at support@bajiaff.ws. Bajiaff is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Account verification (KYC). Bajiaff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents — typically a copy of your CNIC and a selfie — before your first withdrawal or at any point that Bajiaff deems appropriate for security and compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.
Account closure. You may close your Bajiaff account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard checks. Bajiaff reserves the right to close any account that violates these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
Remember: Your Bajiaff account is personal to you. Never share your login details, and never allow another person to access your account on your behalf.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Supported methods. Bajiaff supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.
Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit for IBFT bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
Bajiaff fees. Bajiaff charges zero fees on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transfer fees, which are outside Bajiaff's control.
Withdrawal rules. Withdrawals can only be directed to the same payment method previously used for deposits on your account. This is a security measure to prevent misdirected payments. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts mirror the minimum deposit thresholds for each method.
Processing times. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay within approximately 1 hour. IBFT bank transfers within 2–4 working hours. Card withdrawals within 1–3 working days.
Declined transactions. Bajiaff reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these terms, or linked to money laundering activity. In such cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
PKR only: Your entire Bajiaff account operates in Pakistani Rupees at all times. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, play or withdrawal process.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Bajiaff may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentives to players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all Bajiaff bonuses unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these terms.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated for each promotion.
- Bajiaff reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or circumvention of bonus terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
- Bajiaff reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on the platform.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, Bajiaff's decision is final.

6. Gameplay Rules
Game availability. The games available on Bajiaff — including live casino titles, Teen Patti variants, card games, jackpot slots and esports betting — are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Bajiaff does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or variant.
Minimum and maximum bets. Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed within the game interface before each round. It is your responsibility to check these limits before placing a wager.
Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, server error, or any other malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, Bajiaff reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Bajiaff's decision on the outcome of any technical malfunction dispute is final.
Internet connectivity. Bajiaff is not responsible for any losses that arise from your internet connection failing mid-game. In live dealer games, if you are disconnected mid-hand, the game will continue according to its standard rules (e.g., a live Blackjack hand may be stood on its current total). It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection when playing.
RNG and live game fairness. RNG (random number generator) games on Bajiaff use independently audited random number generators. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by professionally trained dealers on camera in real time. Bajiaff does not manipulate game outcomes.
Esports betting. All esports bets are settled according to the official results announced by the relevant tournament organiser. Bets on cancelled or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned. In the event of a dispute over match results, Bajiaff will use official sources to determine the correct outcome.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bajiaff platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of any other person.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during account use.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, coordinate betting patterns, or engage in any form of chip dumping.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or tamper with the Bajiaff platform, its servers or its software.
- Using Bajiaff for any money laundering activity or knowingly depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other players, Bajiaff dealers, or Bajiaff support staff.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug or unintended feature for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be voided.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion measures through any means.
Zero tolerance: Bajiaff operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion and money laundering. All suspicious activity is monitored and reported to relevant authorities.
8. Responsible Gaming
Bajiaff is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. The following features are available from your account settings at any time:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you can put into your account over a given period.

Bajiaff does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Bajiaff platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Bajiaff makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bajiaff's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Bajiaff account at the time the claim arises.
Bajiaff is not liable for:
- Loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
- Losses arising from circumstances beyond Bajiaff's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits Bajiaff's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Bajiaff's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bajiaff platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text and database structures — is the intellectual property of Bajiaff or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Bajiaff platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Bajiaff content without prior written permission from Bajiaff.
12. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your Bajiaff experience — whether relating to a game outcome, a payment issue, account treatment or any other matter — the correct procedure is:
- Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the issue with Bajiaff's 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing support@bajiaff.ws. 13. Amendments to These Terms
Bajiaff reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Bajiaff platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
